About the circle
This group is a down-to-earth space for people who want to explore inner work and Buddhist-inspired practice without dogma, hierarchy, or religious belief. We focus on real life — honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and the messy, human parts of everyday experience.
We approach teachings through a secular, open-minded lens, rooted in mindfulness, curiosity, and personal agency. Together, we learn from one another, share lived experience, and cultivate qualities like awareness, compassion, courage, and wise action.
Sessions may include group dialogue, book discussion, reflective inquiry, practical tools for daily life, and occasionally short meditations. Everyone’s voice matters, and you’re welcome exactly as you are, whether you’re relatively new to this or have years of practice behind you.
